These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and tutoring services provided by Current Group LLC dba Tutor Bellevue (“Tutor Bellevue,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide one-on-one tutoring, delivered in-home and online across Bellevue and the Eastside. Sessions, plans, and tutor matches are arranged based on an initial assessment.
New families are eligible for one complimentary first session. The free session carries no obligation to purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Results guarantee on Platinum: attend an average of 3 sessions per week and grades improve within 60 days, or your money back. Guarantees require good-faith participation, including attending scheduled sessions.
Submitting an application does not create an offer or guarantee of engagement. Positions are subject to interview, verification, and background checks.
We work hard to help students improve, but educational outcomes depend on many factors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue.
